Goodwill Industries of South Central California (GISCC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing work opportunities, job training, and skills development for individuals facing barriers to employment.

GISCC was the main account I was in charge of during my time as a Public Relations Intern at Providence Strategic Consulting. I managed all their social media platforms, specifically monitoring any negative press or public sentiment, responding to engagement in a timely and professional manner, and helping develop content strategies to improve brand visibility and community trust.

I also assisted in organizing press materials such as press releases for new store openings and annual back-to-school events.
